This role offers the opportunity to provide strategic oversight for a high-performing team while embedding a culture of excellence for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational success of the Financial Advisory division. Your focus will be on achieving AUM growth, hitting revenue targets, and ensuring an industry-leading client experience.
Core Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Advisors to drive productivity and accountability.

Sales Strategy: Manage advisor pipelines, set individual sales targets, and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates.

Business Growth: Oversee lead allocation from strategic partnerships and identify cross-selling opportunities across the group.

Advice Excellence: Maintain high standards of advice quality, ensuring full adherence to FAIS, FSCA, and TCF principles.

Operational Alignment: Provide strategic oversight of the para-planning function to improve efficiency and support quality.
Your Profile
We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who balances strategic thinking with disciplined execution.

Experience: At least 7-10 years in financial services, with 3-5 years in a leadership or sales management role.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving AUM growth and managing sales teams within the HNW/UHNW market.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is required.

Professional Credentials: A Postgraduate qualification (Wealth Management, Tax, or MBA) and a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation are highly preferred.

Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional presentation, and the ability to perform under pressure.
