JOB SUMMARY:
Head of Aftersales - Johannesburg Central, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established motor dealership is looking for a Head of Aftersales to join their team.

Duties include (but not limited):

To provide daily direction and coordination to the team, focusing on maximising the net profit of the Service and Parts departments, while leading and supervising the team
To provide the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships
To effectively manage team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
To manage an organized and profitable Service and Parts departments
To mentor and lead the team

Requirements:
Valid Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Computer literate (Office Suite)
Valid driver’s license
At least 5 years’ experience as a Service and/or Parts Manager with a reputable dealership
Managerial experience within the motor dealership industry
Qualified Motor Technician
Management Diploma will be an advantage
