JOB SUMMARY:
A large food and beverage company with over 500 restaurants across multiple African countries is seeking to hire a Head of Bakery to join their dynamic team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:

Presenting an exciting opportunity to join a company with a large number of restaurants across Africa as a Head of Bakery. This role involves planning, implementing and managing daily operations of 100 restaurants, ensure that Health and Safety procedures are followed during the operations and increase the performance of the restaurants.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in baking products

5+ experience in Management of large-scale restaurants (minimum 100 restaurants)

Must be based in Kenya
