SUMMARY:
Head of CRM

POSITION INFO:

An opportunity exists for an experienced manager within the Insurance/Financial Services/Credit sector for a Head of CRM (Customer Relations Management) at a niche market client of ours, based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

You will be required to manage the overall team (7 direct reports) performance and department output, reviewing and streamlining all processes within the department, and all internal and external reporting.

You have:

A relevant degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent
FAIS accreditation
At least 8 years of insurance commercial (or related) experience (preferably within Credit)
At least 5 years of management experience
Sufficient relevant skills related to this function including Commercial Underwriting, Sales Management & Project Management
