Head of Digital Marketing

SUMMARY:
Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. In addition, they are responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers and other positions in the team.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Setting up, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing department and the digital marketing strategy.

• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy

• Manage the strategy
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align communication strategies and tactics. 

• Develop, lead and manage the digital marketing team 

• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices 

• Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels 

• Measure ROI and KPIs 

• Prepare and manage digital marketing budget 

• Oversee all the company''s social media accounts 

• Measure and manage online content 

• Analyse SEO, Google Analytics and social media analytics to provide data enriched recommendations to drive brand strategies and maximise ROI 

• Develop attribution models to support future campaign decisions
• Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

 Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in marketing or journalism

5 years of experience as a Head of Digital Marketing

10 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

In depth knowledge of SEM and social media digital marketing channels

Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

5-10 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and social media analytics tools and resources

Basic knowledge of web design procedures

Great interpersonal and communication skills
