Head of Digital Sales & Marketing (e-commerce)

SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced creative tech-savvy Head of Digital Sales and Marketing / Head of Content who understands e-commerce and digital platforms as sales channels.

POSITION INFO:

This is a senior management role and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to and help shape the Group''s overall digital strategy. 

The successful candidate will be able to identify and develop new digital sales opportunities and drive sales across all digital platforms.

The successful candidate will develop strategies to drive traffic to online (sales) channels and platforms -use of AdWords etc.

The successful candidate will grow digital platforms into strategic high-performing sales tools.

The successful candidate will have ultimate responsibility for generating sales across all digital channels and evaluating sales performance and levels of user engagement across the platforms.

The requirements for the role are:

• Degree in a tech-related field
• Essential: Must understand digital as a sales/E-commerce channel
• 7+ years’ experience in digital sales and marketing role
• Experience in digital sales and marketing for a luxury goods brand is preferable
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, Google AdWords
• Have extensive experience working with social media platforms
• Must be sales-focused and results-driven
• Must have business acumen and understand business commercials
• Must be a strategic thinker
• Must be able to manage a team
• Previous experience in the Art industry (preferred but not essential)
• Appreciation for the arts
