Job Description:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and related teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and international accounting standards.
• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate annual financial audits and maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Formulation and maintenance of financial policies and procedures
• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
• Financial Planning: Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitor financial performance, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
• Budgeting: take charge of the budgeting process
