About the Role:
This is a full-ownership finance leadership role within a bold, people-centric organisation that values collaboration, strategic insight, and proactive thinking.

You’ll take charge of the entire finance function — from daily operations to long-term financial direction. Expect influence at the leadership table, autonomy to elevate processes, and the space to make measurable impact.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting close to the commercial action.

What You’ll Take On:

Drive the financial strategy that underpins growth and long-term success
Monitor and improve cost control, margins, and financial performance
Manage cash flow, capital, and assets with precision
Ensure strong governance, compliance, and audit readiness
Oversee the end-to-end finance function with a focus on excellence
Identify financial and operational risks before they escalate
Partner with senior leadership on strategy, planning, and key business decisions
Own revenue planning, financial modelling, and forecasting

What You Bring:

BCom Accounting/Finance & CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
5+ years’ accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in a Financial Manager or senior finance leadership capacity
A solutions-driven, commercially intelligent leadership approach
Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
A hands-on mindset with the ability to balance detail with big-picture strategy

Technical Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Xero experience is essential
Exposure to SimplePay, Cin7, and Shopify will give you an edge
