JOB SUMMARY:
Head of Financial Governance and Controls

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This senior role will be required to run a programme aimed at delivering structural reforms to ensure tangible benefits are realized in strengthening governance and controls across the organisation in order to eliminate losses and safeguard reputation in the market. The programme will ensure a holistic and integrated approach to the implementation of key initiatives. You will be required to develop a governance framework and set of standards that supports a sustainable and reliable control environment, within a culture that drives shared responsibility, vision and continuous improvement. Ideally you will be a qualified CA with several years experience in a large organisation, operating at a senior level, interacting with executive level staff.
