SUMMARY:
Currently recruiting for Head of Marketing

POSITION INFO:

The Head of Marketing /CMO leads brand management, marketing communications (including advertising, promotions and public relations), market research, product marketing and management, distribution channel management, pricing and customer success. Lead the design and specifications team to deliver excellent solutions for our customers. In addition the Head of Marketing is responsible for assisting the Managing Director with developing, communicating, executing and sustaining strategic initiatives.

Candidates out of the engineering/technical industry would be preferred

Education:

• Degree in Marketing

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience as Head of Marketing/ CMO or similar role

- Excellent leadership skills

- Understanding of a variety of disciplines (Finance, IT,Operations, Human Resources etc)

- Analytical and creative thinking, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Application of marketing techniques and strategies across a variety of channels

- Working understanding of data analysis, market research and product management

- Available to travel locally and internationally

 Beneficial Requirements:

- In depth understanding of the industry - route to market and channel management

- Experience in an engineering or technical role

- Experience in a sales role

- Ability to manage multi-discipline projects

- Resourceful, self-motivated

- Not afraid to try new approaches

- Confidence to fail and learn quickly

- Commitment to our purpose and values

- Able to balance strategic and tactical approaches
