We need a Head of PMO brave enough to step into Wonderland, bringing order to the chaos, strategy to the madness, and a clear path through the looking glass of transformation.

POSITION INFO:

You are not here to simply manage tasks—you’re here to command the entire chessboard. Like the Queen of Hearts overseeing the kingdom, you’ll establish, lead, and mature a PMO that defines the rules of the game while balancing the unpredictable cast: projects of mergers, technology, expansions, and more.

In this Wonderland of complexity, you’ll bring balance by:
Crafting governance frameworks like enchanted maps.
Driving portfolio alignment like a masterful tea party host—ensuring every guest (stakeholder) has a seat and a voice.
Anticipating risks like the Mad Hatter anticipates riddles—always two steps ahead.
Leading a team of project managers and administrators with authority, vision, and flair.
Transforming data into dashboards clearer than the Caterpillar’s smoke rings.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years of large-scale project management in transformational environments.
Proven leadership of PMO/portfolio management functions.
Commercial acuity sharper than the Queen’s flamingo mallet.
Mastery of Agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies—choose your deck of cards wisely.
Budget and resource command—because even Wonderland has rules.
Stakeholder management that calms chaos like Alice at the tea party.

Qualification:
Minimum: Bachelor’s in business, commerce, engineering, or computer science + Postgraduate + Project Management qualification.
Ideal: MBA (your golden crown).

This isn’t an ordinary role. It’s a seat at the tea party where decisions shape kingdoms, where your PMO will turn disorder into symphony, and where your leadership will be remembered like tales told by the Mad Hatter himself.
