Job Experience and Skills Required

• 5 years merchandise planning experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior level position
• Relevant business qualification
• Deliver the consolidated seasonal merchandise plans and monthly forecasts to the stakeholders and meet the specified KPI’s
• Develop cross functional partnerships in all required significant relationships
• Generate a high-performance culture by leading and empowering the team
• Manage and improve stock turns
• Deadline orientated
