JOB SUMMARY:

A leading brand retailer is looking for a confident, motivated, positive, and resilient individual who can think laterally to join their Planning department as the Head of Planning.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To deliver the consolidated company seasonal merchandise plans, location plans, assortment plans and monthly forecasts to the relevant stakeholders.
To consistently ensure the execution of consolidated seasonal merchandise plans, location plans and assortment plans to meet the specified KPI's.
A focus area will be the management and improvement of stock turns
To provide accurate and on-time business information, align actions and manage deviations to achieve agreed merchandise objectives.
To develop and influence cross functional partnerships in all specified key relationships
To develop empower and lead the planning team by implementing sound people management practices and creating a high-performance culture.
