About the Role:
As the Head of Pricing, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing pricing strategies for both new and existing life insurance products. This position offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership, client engagement, and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive pricing strategies for group and individual life insurance products.
• Review and refine pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Develop robust technical pricing models and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, communicating complex technical insights clearly.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Pricing team.
• Contribute to structuring and negotiating new deals to optimize business outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Nearly or fully qualified Actuary (essential).
• 3–5 years’ experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on life insurance pricing.
• Experience managing a team will be advantageous.
