Unique opportunity for an Engineer to join an established manufacturing and FMCG distribution business as Head of Production: Mixing & Decorating.

Products sold both in SA and International markets. This opportunity is based in Boksburg, Gauteng.

Based at the global manufacturing site, this role will be responsible for strategically and practically contributing to the overall continuous improvement of plant availability and productivity, with a focus on the Mixing and Decorating/Printing processes. This role will work closely with the Head of Production: Filling, and report to the Manufacturing Director.

Ideally the team is looking for :

Strong Engineering degree
10+ years’ experience in a packaging/production management role in a FMCG environment
Experience in large scale manufacturing, bottle printing/decorating and the plastics industry is highly advantageous
Exceptional organisational & leadership skills.
High attention to detail and collaborative style.
