Head of Projects - Medical/Medical Doctor

POSITION INFO:

Our client based in Pretoria seeks the following Qualified Candidate to head up their team:-

Senior Level Candidate who has over 10 years working Experience in the Public Health Sector
Must have headed up a team who has Implemented and developed the technical design of various HIV/AIDS based projects
Experience in working within the South African Department of Health as well as various funding organisations both locally and abroad.
Must have working knowledge of how to Brainstorm, develop and implement new projects
Experience in Budget Management, Report/Grant writing, Clinical Quality Management as well as exceptional Administrative skills are a must.
Must possess the ability to communicate on various intellectual levels ie from Senior Management to Students
Strong Technical Management background
Multi-facetted planning skills required
Working knowledge of creating new Operational Procedures, as well as their implementation and development, for current and future projects
Provide evaluation feedback to Stakeholders on the results from your various projects
Oversee and Manage various Technical and Quality Departments

Min of 10 years working Experience with HIV/AIDS based projects
Must have obtained a MBChB Degree
Min of 5 years’ experience in Staff management
Specialist in implementation and design of Behavioural Clinic Service Delivery Projects for HIV/AIDS
Must have worked with Private funding campaigns both locally and internationally
Must have extensive research experience within the Public Health Sector
