Our client, a leader in cutting edge technology is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to drive global expansion for their cutting-edge technology solutions, including TechnoCenter (PDLC SaaS), ShariahFin (Islamic Asset Finance Software), and Testing as a Service (TaaS). Reporting to the CEO, this strategic leadership role requires expertise in both B2B technology marketing and enterprise sales to accelerate revenue growth and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global sales & marketing strategy for B2B technology and enterprise sales.
• Responsible for taking SaaS product/s to market from scratch and scaling revenue.
• Leading and executing end-to-end SaaS go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Design and implement pricing strategies, including the development of scalable pricing models.
• Structuring product licensing and packaging for SaaS offerings.
• Planning and executing product launches, full-funnel inbound marketing campaigns, and crafting compelling commercial messaging.
• Commercialising and managing multiple SaaS platforms simultaneously.
• Align product, sales, and marketing functions around a cohesive SaaS growth engine.
• Lead branding, digital presence, and marketing collateral to reflect expertise.
• Drive lead generation through SEO, PPC, content marketing, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive enterprise sales, engaging C-level executives.
• Define and execute a structured go-to-market strategy, build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Establish and optimize B2B sales processes & partnerships.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing & sales team.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Admin or related field.
• >10 Years experience in developing and implementing a global marketing & sales strategy for B2B technology and enterprise sales.
• >10 Years proven success in taking SaaS product/s to market from scratch and scaling revenue.
• Proven experience in leading and executing end-to-end SaaS go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Deep expertise in the following areas is essential:
  • Designing and implementing pricing strategies, including the development of scalable pricing models.
  • Structuring product licensing and packaging for SaaS offerings.
  • Planning and executing product launches, full-funnel inbound marketing campaigns, and crafting compelling commercial messaging.
  • Commercialising and managing multiple SaaS platforms simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to align product, sales, and marketing functions around a cohesive SaaS growth engine.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and inbound marketing strategies.
• Experience in Islamic finance, fintech, or enterprise software sales.
• >10 Years of experience in managing sales pipeline, CRM tools, and automation to optimise sales performance.
• Ability to engage C-level executives and manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
• >10 Years experience building and leading a high-performing marketing & sales team.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPI’s and performance analytics.
• Unified product, marketing, and sales into a single engine, not just enabled a reseller channel or repositioned an OEM solution
