A degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Management, or a related field (we like brains and bravery)
At least 8 years leading sales crusades — with 4+ deep in the Agritech jungle
Mastery of B2B sales, negotiation, and client conquest
A sharp eye for agri-value chains, digital ag tools, and market ambushes
Leadership skills worthy of a legend — because you'll be building and guiding your own squad
