SUMMARY:
One of AfricaÃ¢Â€Â™s largest private financial institutions is seeking a new Head of Sales (Asset Finance) following promotion of the previous incumbent. Expect to take over an already successful Asset Finance team with over R4b in assets financed already by this business.

POSITION INFO:

Position: Head of Sales (Asset Finance)

Type: Permanent

Work Area: Sandton, Gauteng

Salary: R900 000 to R1.25m CTC

Qualifications: Tertiary education in Commerce or Finance is highly desirable

Skills Required:

5 years of sales management experience is fundamental.
10 years’ experience within banking or Financial Services.
3-5 years experience selling finance option solutions.
Previous experience in building a sales strategy.

Job Description:

As the Head of Sales (Asset Finance), you will oversee a team of over 20 staff within the Asset Finance division, an already successful team that has achieved all targets despite the pandemic.

You would report directly to the Managing Director who in turn reports to the Group CEO.

Nothing is ever easy, but this is would be a well-oiled machine that you would be looking to take over.
