SUMMARY:
Our client, a leader in the vehicle asset insurance industry is looking for a Head of Sales to start up their Dealership Sales Divsion.

POSITION INFO:
As the Head of Sales, you will have to achieve sales targets set for the dealership channel on regular basis through effectively managing the sales team proactively, implementing strategies, seizing opportunities through lead channels by bringing the deals through the business and increasing profitability.

To qualify for the role you will have:

Relevant Degree/Diploma
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience as a key stakeholder/manager in Insurance Sales and Business Development
Minimum 5 years experience in the Automotive Insurance industry
Excellent people management skills, including a track record of successfully leading large sales teams
Solid Business Development understanding with a specific focus to sales optimization
Business knowledge and understanding of vehicle sales and asset finance
Business knowledge and understanding of taxi industry (advantage)
Business knowledge and understanding of the vehicle dealership channels
