JOB SUMMARY:
We provide a premier tutoring service to learners and their families. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic, and driven individual to step into the role of Head of Sales for our fast-growing team. There is a lot of room for growth in this role, and the potential to move into a senior management position for the right person.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description and Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing sales strategy

- Building out good practices, protocols and content for the delivery of effective sales

- Building and Scaling the sales team effectively

- Meeting targets set for the team

- Managing the sales department and supporting the other sales leaders

- Ensuring high performance and exceptional service from the Sales department

Requirements:

- At least 7 years of Inbound B2C Sales Experience

- 3 years of experience managing a Sales team of 20+ people

- Proven track record of meeting targets and objectives

- B2C experience in a high volume sales industry (experience in Ed-Tech advantageous)

- Digital sales experience essential

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to motivate and grow team members
