Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Leadership:

Develop and execute a national growth strategy aligned with business objectives.

Business Development & Partnerships:

Recruit, onboard, and retain high-caliber Broker Partners nationwide.
Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance ecosystem.
Oversee the development of tailored propositions to attract and retain clients.

Team Leadership & Sales Management:

Build, mentor, and inspire a team of new business sales executives to consistently exceed sales targets.
Implement training, development, and performance frameworks to maximise productivity.
Foster a collaborative, achievement-oriented culture.

Operational & Performance Management:

Analyze performance data to guide decision-making and refine growth strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and operational priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, or Financial Services.
