Do you write with creative flair, ensuring that Purpose, Impact and Brand narrative are clearly articulated within the FMCG sector to enhance presentations that build influence, engagement and a lasting impact.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent Relevant tertiary qualification required Senior experience in strategy, editorial leadership, strategic storytelling, or a related field Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing writers or strategists Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills Strong conceptual thinking and strategic insight Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and business implications Strong client presentation and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards Strategic and solutions-oriented thinker Strong leadership and accountability High attention to detail and commitment to quality Calm and effective under pressure Collaborative, confident, and adaptable DUTIES Shape the strategic direction and narrative of reports Develop compelling storylines, frameworks, and insights-led narratives Maintain exceptional editorial and quality standards Lead, mentor, and develop the report-writing team Edit and refine content for clarity, impact, and strategic relevance Turn insights into meaningful business recommendations Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines Provide strategic guidance throughout report development Present findings and recommendations to clients Coach team members in client presentation skills Ensure deliverables align with client objectives and business priorities Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Take ownership of team output and quality standards Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
