An international online casino game provider has an exciting career opportunity for a Head of Studio to join their team in Budapest, Hungary. You will be responsible for best-in-class execution and operations focusing on the development and implementation of their number one priority, players experience. Your key job responsibilities as the Head of Studio in Budapest, Hungary will include:

Lead the development of the studio
Build a world class local team with the support of an experienced global management team
Ensure that the operation is efficient and performance in accordance with the internal rules and regulation and systematically review all processes with the scope of consistently improving the quality of work in the studio for maximising the existent potential
Work with other teams to develop new products, develop and execute promotional activities in the live games & provide expertise and in-depth knowledge in the production and scoping of the business cases and new projects
Ensures high level of quality operations, proper workflows, and cost control by effective and efficient head count and scheduling of shifts
Responsible for the budget of the studio
Collaborate with the business and product teams to ensure that all new games, features, and studios are delivered in time and at the established standards

Requirements for this Head of Studio job in Budapest, Hungary:

Extensive experience in the iGaming industry
Full stack developer with at least 7+ years’ experience
5+ years of building and leading development teams
Great leadership and line management skills
Flexible and agile: ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations a highly dynamic environment
Able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence
