POSITION INFO:
Our client is a dynamic player in the iGaming sector, and they are seeking a strategic Head of Technology to lead their talented development teams and drive their technical vision forward. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding the planning, design, development, and delivery of their enterprise-level B2B and B2C software solutions.

This is more than a management role; it's a chance to architect the future of their platform, mentor brilliant minds, and make a tangible impact on the company's growth and success in a fast-paced, regulated market.

Your primary mission will be to ensure that their technology stack is scalable, flexible, and resilient. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of Front-End, Back-End, DevOps, and BI Developers, managing the full project lifecycle while fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and rapid time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Inspire: Create a productive environment, mentor team members, set technical goals, and delegate effectively to guide your team to success.
• Architect & Innovate: Design and document technical architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. Drive the adoption of best practices, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Collaborate & Translate: Work closely with EXCO, CPO, product, and external partners to translate business needs and operator pain points into robust technical solutions.
• Elevate Quality: Oversee code reviews, manage technical debt, and champion automation testing and CI/CD practices to ensure exceptional quality and operational scalability.
• Build the Team: Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training initiatives to continuously build and enhance team expertise.

• 10+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a tech leadership role.
• Extensive experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of its regulatory and operational requirements.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET, .Net Core/.NET6, Web API, and open-source technologies like Umbraco.
• Proven mastery with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including architecture design and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) for building workflows and business applications.
• A passion for safeguarding systems, with experience securing pipelines and mitigating vulnerabilities like DDoS attacks.
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
