I am looking for a driven and hands-on Branch & Sales Manager to take ownership of a growing operation in Hermanus and the Overberg region.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining sales, operations, customer relationships, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the retail branch, supporting operations in the surrounding area, driving profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service from quotation stage right through to project completion and ongoing client support.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to maintain a branch, I am looking for someone with the energy, initiative, and commercial mindset to actively grow the business and strengthen the brand presence in the area.

POSITION INFO:
Role: Hermanus and Overberg Franchise and Shop Manager Location: Hermanus Salary: Basic plus Incentive What you will be doing: Driving monthly and annual sales and profitability targets Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch and regional activities Leading and supporting the Hermanus and Overberg operational team Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction Presenting accurate quotations and recommending suitable solutions Overseeing project coordination, installations, and service delivery Building and maintaining strong client relationships Managing stock, cash handling, reconciliations, and operational admin Identifying growth opportunities within the region Liaising with head office regarding operational matters This role is for you if you: Are technically minded (plumbing, maintenance, or hands-on experience will be a strong advantage) Are comfortable working independently and taking initiative Understand retail hours and the importance of being available to customers Have strong organisational and time management skills Are confident working with systems (POS, retail software, or similar) Have a valid driver's licence and are willing to travel to clients Grade 12 (essential) 3-5 years' experience in retail, branch operations, or sales management Technical sales, operational, or hands-on industry experience will be highly advantageous Strong leadership and people management skills Sales-driven with a commercial mindset Valid driver's licence Fluent in English and Afrikaans What makes this opportunity exciting: You will have the autonomy to run and grow your own branch A performance-driven environment where results are rewarded Exposure to both sales and operations, ideal for someone who enjoys variety Real potential for growth as the business expands Basic salary with incentive structure linked to performance I am looking for someone with energy, accountability, and a genuine passion for sales and service, someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to go the extra mile.
