SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
As High School Principal, you will be at the helm of a prestigious institution, driving academic success, fostering a strong school culture, and ensuring world-class educational standards. You will oversee both strategic and operational functions, working closely with staff, students, and parents to maintain the school's outstanding reputation.

Qualifications required:

A degree in Education (a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or business-related degree is advantageous).
SACE registration is essential.

Skills and Experience Required:

A proven leader – Extensive experience as a Principal or Deputy Principal in a private or high-performing public school.
Academic excellence – A strong track record in achieving outstanding matric results.
Strong business and financial acumen – Ability to manage budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
Visionary leadership – The ability to inspire staff and students while driving innovation and maintaining a culture of high achievement.
Boarding school experience is beneficial.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and implement the school's academic strategy to achieve top performance.
Manage and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
Ensure policies and procedures support academic excellence and student success.
Oversee the well-being, health, and safety of students, staff, and visitors.
Develop and execute strategic growth plans.
Oversee budget management, financial planning, and profitability.
Maintain and enhance the school’s reputation through strong marketing and engagement initiatives.
Recruit, develop, and retain top teaching talent.
Engage with parents, students, and stakeholders to build a strong school community.
Ensure facilities remain world-class and aligned with advancements in education
