Job Description: Hospitality Group Operations Manager oversees daily operations across multiple properties or departments, focusing on maximizing profitability, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring brand compliance. Key responsibilities include financial budgeting, staff management, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Qualifications typically require 3-7+ years of experience in senior hospitality management.  Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight:  Manage daily operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure consistency and efficiency. Financial Performance:  Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and analyze P&L statements to increase profitability. Quality Assurance:  Maintain brand standards, compliance with health\/safety regulations, and implement best practices across all properties. Team Leadership:  Mentor, lead, and evaluate performance of General Managers and staff, driving employee engagement. Guest Experience:  Drive high-quality customer service, monitor feedback, and resolve escalated guest issues. Strategic Planning:  Collaborate with head office to support corporate objectives and drive company growth.  Development and maintaining exceptional Food & Beverage standards across all restaurants, bars, lounges, banqueting, and room service operations. Ensure Company Compliance  with food safety, health, labour, and liquor licensing regulations as well as other business licensing. Requirements and Qualifications Experience:  3–7+ years in senior operations or general management within the hospitality industry. Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills:  Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting), proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems), and strong leadership skills. Competencies:  Excellent communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.  Common Qualifications Ability to travel frequently to different locations. Sound knowledge of local labour legislation and health\/safety standards. Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
