A South African company is currently looking for a Human Capital Associate that will join the Human Capital department.

As a Human Capital Associate you will be responsible for the following:

Process information on the system
Organise and maintain employee records
Ensure all policies, procedures and applicable legislation are understood
Attend all meetings and training sessions
Liaise with auditors during audits

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Completed Diploma or Higher Certificate in Human Resource Management / Payroll

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position

SAP skills will be

Must be French-speaking
