A multi-national mining conglomerate seeks an experienced and organized Human Capital Administrator to join their team based in Sandton, Johannesburg North.

A multi-national mining conglomerate seeks an experienced and organized Human Capital Administrator to join their team based in Sandton, Johannesburg North.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Process information on the system, including leave, resignation, retirements, etc.
Verify input packs, distribute documentation, escalate non-compliance to manager
Organise and maintain employee records
Staff queries and escalation of queries
Escalate queries
Keep abreast of policies, procedures and applicable legislation
Provide administration service to employees, line managers and Business Partners
Support the delivery of calendar events
Contribute towards the achievement of performance targets
Liaise with auditors during audits to respond to queries and provide information

Education:
Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or Payroll Administration

Skills & Experience:
3 to 4 yearsâ experience in HR administration within a corporate environment with multiple functions and operating functions
International exposure advantageous
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong administration skills
Financial acumen
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
Team player
