Position overview:

A reputable and sought after boutique consulting firm has a new opportunity available for a Human Resources Manager. One will support the full scope of HR responsibilities and drive strategic initiatives.

One will maintain and enhance the HR department by developing, planning, advising on, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices relating to the effective management of human capital.

This position requires ad-hoc national travel and visiting of stakeholders as well as the ability to work overtime when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

B Degree /Bachelor’s degree in HR or Industrial Psychology and Industrial Relations
Sound experience in Employment Law, Unions, Payroll and Payroll information System, Compensation, Organisational Training and Development, Employee Relations, Safety and Training
5 – 8 Years within a Human Resource department within a Consultancy firm
Advanced computer literacy in all MS Office Packages
Sage HR and Payroll
Excellent knowledge of employment laws and practices
Driver’s license
Organisational management skills
