Human Resource Manager – JHB NORTH
R500k – R650k

We are HIRING!!!! A multi-talented company Is looking for a seasoned and well experienced human resource manager. Are you coming from the Travel and tourism, Hospitability, and service sector? Then this role calls for you!!The successful incumbent will be responsible for the learning and development, industrial relations, and the general human resources functions of the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of this role is managing the following

Ensuring and maintain employee files in compliance with applicable legal requirement
Keeping employee records up to date
Preparing paperwork to place employee on payroll
Assisting in the hiring process by coordinating job posting, selection, reviewing resumes and performing telephone interview and reference checks.
Effective administration
Assisting business with performance management process
Educating staff and management on policies and procedures to ensure implementation
Assuring compliance with vendor guidelines
Effectively establish, maintain, build, and manage client relations
Ensuring and conducting training needs analysis
Working directly with clients to implement and monitor HR programs to increase productivity
Implementing the learning and development initiatives in response to changing needs
Ensuring training is recorded and registers are kept
Assist with BBBEE verification
Knowledge of labour law, labour practices, payroll and management practices

The ideal candidate has the following

Degree in HR or business or a related field
5-8 Years’ experience in human resource management
Must be vaccinated
Must have worked on SAGE
Exceptional excel skill
Experience in Industrial relations
Must be coming from the Hospitality, Travel and tourism and services industry
