HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER – JOHANNESBURG CBD
R500K – R50K

My client in the travel industry is looking for a human resource manager to join their global company. The person will carry out a variety of functions such as recruitment, BBEE Administration & compensation to name a few. If this, is you, then this opportunity awaits you!!!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Effective administration of the diversity and BBEE transformation processes inclusive of Employment Equity.
Assisting in the recruitment process by making sure that job positions are posted on the website, perform interviews and reference checks.
Placing employees on payroll
Make certain that Employment Equity Committees are actioned, plans are implemented according to Business plan and legislation.
Supervise events for employees by coordinating committees and making sure that they stay in budget
Setting up Employee relations
Help the business with Performance management process
Take part in HR initiatives and projects
Ensuring that staff and management are educated on policies and procedures of the business.
Executing the learning and development initiatives in response to changing needs.
Giving learning and development advice to the teams.
Giving assistance as far as BBBEE verifications audits are concern
Encourage training opportunities to employees as well as driving a learning culture.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Relevant degree in Human Resource, business, or related field.
5-8 years HR experience
Sage VIP/300
Experience with HRIS Systems
Experience with EE and training Module

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Labour law
Payroll process
BBBEE codes imperative
Management practices
Training programs and practices
