JOB SUMMARY:
A dynamic organisation based in the East Rand is looking to employ a skilled Human Resource Manager with 10-15 years’ experience in a similar role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

Matric is essential
A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
10-15 years’ experience in a similar role
Recruitment, Selection and Employment Equity
Legislative and Statutory Compliance
Training, development and performance management
Ensure efficiency of all HR functions: HR Policies, Recruitment and Payroll administration
Strong Industrial Relations/Employee Relations background [unions, arbitrations]
Management of HR department
Responsible for IR matters – chairing hearings and advise network on disciplinary issues
Ensures that policies and procedures are aligned to corporate guidelines, legislation and company goals
Compiles yearly training report and submission of WSP/ATR to SETA and EEA
Proactive advice to management and employees on HR related queries
Able to handle disciplinary / grievance / dispute issues arising at the operation.
Employee retention strategies and Talent management
Performance management & succession system
Responsible for B-BBEE verification & Transformation
General Administration & Secretarial Duties
