Human Resources Analyst

• Relevant HR qualification (3 years) from a Tertiary institution essential
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role essential
• Prepare HR documents, e.g., recruitment guides, etc.
• Compile and maintain company policies and legal compliance
• Communicate with external partners
• Reporting on regular HR metrics
• Employee recruitment
• Employee compensation (benchmarking)
• Assess current skills & build on those needed for future projects
• Set up interviews
• Ensure soft & hard copies of documents
• Assist with performance management process and drive performance system that drives high performance
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activities
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
• Develop talent retention strategies
• Collect and analyze employment data, e.g., internal surveys
• Maintain employee and workplace privacy
• Internal investigations
• Prepare and maintain succession planning of employees
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Research and report on benefits and compensation
