HUMAN RESOURCE BP - Apex Benoni

An engineering company requires the services of a Human Resource Officer with experience gained within the engineering industry

REQUIRED

SIEFSA

VIP - salaries and wages; submit employment equity, skills development online, POPI act, health, and safety, drafting policies, procedures, work standards, disciplinary matters starting at investigations and compiling outcomes of hearings

Good communication skills

Experience in working with Blue-collar employees to Management 65 personnel.

Administer short-duration contracts and contracts for full-time employment.

Recruitment process and procedures from advertising the position to induction - all employees.

Salary approx. R35 000 - R40 000
