About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our operational teams. You will bridge the gap between strategic HR planning and day-to-day operations, ensuring that human capital initiatives directly support and drive business outcomes. This role demands a forward-thinking, data-driven, and ethical HR professional who understands the evolving role of HR in today’s fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to co-create and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition.
• Implement HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
• Partner with management on performance management.
• Ensure HR governance, compliance, and ethical practices.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR service delivery.

• A degree in Human Resources, or related field (Honours or postgraduate preferred).
• At least 5 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws, HR governance.
• Must have been involved with compiling an Employment Equity Report.
• Must have submitted a WSP and ATR most recently to CETA or a SETA.
• Proficient in using HR metrics, data analysis, and digital HR tools.
• A champion of ethical, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

• Professional registration with SABPP is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent EXCEL Skills and MS Office.
