Our client is expanding and is seeking a Human Resources Consultant (BBBEE Focus) to join their team Consultant to service clients based in Gauteng, Port Elizabeth, and any over-flow in Cape Town Fantastic opportunity to grow within an existing company

POSITION INFO:

Job Specification;

Must have experience with BBBEE, Skills Development and EE Reporting

Provide a Generalist HR outsourced service to their clients who are mainly small to medium-sized businesses across various industries

Skills Development Facilitation

Employment Equity Consulting

Performance Management and co-ordination of performance reviews

Recruitment on a project basis

Employment contract drafting

Policies and Procedures drafting

Employee Relations

Strategic HR initiatives

Labour Law

Candidate would implement a strategic and integrated approach to achieve and to maintain a BBBEE scorecard according to the company''s strategy

Providing advice regarding matters of interpretation

Integrating and aligning your Skills Development and Employment Equity plans, reports, and strategies with B-BBEE

Ongoing monitoring of the scorecard to ensure the planned result

Preparing the BBBEE file for submission for verification and assistance throughout the process with the rating agency

Appointing and coordinating the professional and efficient services of industry-leading rating agencies who have the SANAS accreditation

Attending to representations and appeals if and when necessary

The candidate will be based in Gauteng

Candidate must be willing to travel 

Compliance consulting skills and Generalist HR Consulting

Provide a generalist HR and B-BBEE outsourced service to their clients who are mainly small to medium-sized businesses across various industries

Minimum Requirements;

Must have experience with B-BBEE, Skills Development, and EE Reporting!

Minimum 10 years + experience in the HR Field 

Experience within a Consulting environment

Management or Industrial Psychology Degree / Diploma

Able to travel

Strong passion for HR and ensuring organisational effectiveness

High level of professionalism and integrity

Ability to work flexibly, independently, and be self-motivated

Up to date with the HR field

An enquiring mind and collaborative mindset

Strong planning, organising and co-ordinating ability

Excellent people skills at all levels including tact and discretion

Excellent administration skills and attention to detail

Highly computer literate (Excel in particular and comfortable with technology generally)

High level verbal and written communications skills in English and Afrikaans

Valid Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
