Human Resources Director

SUMMARY:
Human Resources Director, JSE Listed Retailer, Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

Our client, a well- established, International JSE listed South African retailer is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a dynamic Human Resources Director to be based in Cape Town.

KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant Human Resources qualification such as HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or any other post graduate degree relevant.
• Strong Human Resources experience at a senior management level of at least 7 years
• Strong Human Resources experience at a director or executive level of at least 5 years
• A postgraduate leadership or business management related qualification would be highly beneficial.
• Must be results driven and able to manage and lead a large team.
• Must have been at the capacity of overseeing and managing a minimum of 6,500 employees (non-negotiable)
• Must come from a JSE listed business(non-negotiable)
• Must have direct Retail, Business retail, FMCG retail or Banking retail experience(non-negotiable)
• Must have experience at a board level.
