Human Resources Director

SUMMARY:
Reporting directly into Country MD. Our client a multi-national is seeking to appoint an HR Director to appoint to the board.

POSITION INFO:

The HR Executive will be responsible and accountable for the vision and the strategy, driving the internal culture as well as best practice through the entire Human Resource function throughout the company nationally.

Through HR thought leadership, you will be responsible for building a culture and an operating environment that is conducive to attracting, developing and retaining the “Best in Class” talent. The ability to drive strategy and culture, at a grassroots level, within a diverse and dynamic environment are key skills and experience required. Play a lead role in structural and organizational changes within the business.

Education, Experience and Skills required:

• Relevant 4-year degree 
• 12+ years of Human Resources experience, Consulting, Organizational Development and Talent Management in a multinational company.
• Experience in managing diverse and multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization and multicultural environment.
• Experience in developing and implementing an HR Strategy and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results
• Proven track record of partnering with Leaders acting as coach and trusted advisor for the leadership team in order to improve leadership inspiration, organizational effectiveness, leading change, organization design and building capabilities.
• Proven track record of taking responsibility for the regional and local implementation of the people strategy and people scorecard, leveraging on the company purpose, Leadership definition and growth behaviours.
• Proven track record of strategically driving and the continuous evolution of the company Diversity and Inclusion strategy, practices and targets.
• Experience in ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, plans, and programs and effectively utilized
