A well-known mining dynamite supplier company with an international footprint is looking to hire a Human Capital Business Partner in their Ghana branch. With over a century of evolving they just keep getting better with time. The focus of the role is to provide expert human capital support to managers and employees in the Ghana branch. The role will include duties such as:

Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance to policies and procedures
Facilitate effective talent management
Guide managers through performance management
Ensure alignment between Ghana and group
Provide guidance to MD’s and Employment Equity Committees to comply with the Employment Equity Act and related processes.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Humanities/Industrial Psychology/Organisational Behaviour
5 years’ experience in a senior level position
Clear understanding of all Regulations and Code of Good Practice related to Ghana
