SUMMARY:
IR Compliance Officer - Secunda
POSITION INFO:
We are recruiting an IR Compliance Officer for a 6-month temporary assignment in Secunda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute compliance monitoring processes to verify supplier adherence to legal requirements.
- Ensure accurate verification of employment contracts and competency checks.
- Interface professionally with labour brokers, supplier site agents, and contractor employees.
- Report on compliance and non-compliance issues.
- Assist with audits on conditions of employment, including wages, benefits, and deductions.
- Compile IR and compliance reports and support administrative functions.
Minimum Requirements:- Grade 12 (HR / IR Diploma or Degree advantageous).
- 3–5 years’ experience in IR, HR, and administration roles.
- Strong understanding of labour relations.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic team environment.
