Purpose:
The ISO Manager will play a critical role in establishing, implementing, and maintaining Metal Line Africa’s Integrated ISO Management System (ISOMS), ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards. You will be the custodian of these standards within the organisation, driving continual improvement, overseeing audit processes, and embedding quality, environmental, and safety excellence across all operations. This position supports operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and risk reduction at all levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain an integrated ISO Management System consistent with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Coordinate and lead internal and external ISO audits to ensure certification and compliance.
Act as the company’s ISO representative during inspections and audits.
Manage compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a structured document and record control system for all ISO-related documentation.
Lead the identification and resolution of ISO non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Deliver ISO training and awareness programs to build staff competency and compliance.
Monitor and report on system performance using defined KPIs; champion sustainability, safety, and risk-based thinking.

Qualifications & Experience:
Formal qualification in relevant fields
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as an ISO Compliance Manager or similar role.
Experience in Logistics or Mining sectors will be an advantage.

Competencies:
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Proficient in internal auditing and root cause analysis.
Excellent documentation and process management skills.
Analytical and precise with a proactive and responsible approach.
Skilled in risk assessment, corrective actions, and compliance management.
Strong communication and change management capabilities.
