SUMMARY:
Position Title: ISP Key Account Manager (Telecoms/ Networking Solutions)
Location: Midrand
Remuneration: Salary package negotiable, aligned with experience and industry benchmark

We are seeking an experienced ISP Key Account Manager with a proven track record of managing and growing accounts within the ISP/ Telecoms/ Networking environment.

This role requires direct experience working with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), WISPs, or enterprise connectivity clients, with a strong focus on solution-based selling and long-term account growth.

Position Overview:
You will take ownership of key ISP and connectivity accounts, driving revenue growth through networking solutions, commercial agreements, and strategic partnerships. This is a relationship-driven, solution-focused role requiring both commercial strength and technical understanding.

Required qualification and working knowledge:

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Electronics, ICT, Networking, or a related technical field.
3 – 5 Years’ proven experience in ISP, Telecoms, or Networking Sales/ Account Management.
Direct experience working with ISP/WISP or connectivity clients.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and telecom environments.
Demonstrated ability to sell solutions, not just products.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing long-term accounts.
Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with ISP, WISP, and enterprise clients. Drive revenue through solution-based sales (networking, connectivity, hardware). Engage with both commercial and technical stakeholders. Structure and negotiate pricing, contracts, and volume agreements. Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase recurring revenue. Coordinate with internal technical and support teams on deployments and solutions. Support product rollouts and network expansion projects. Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
