Our client is a globally recognized provider of reliable networking, wireless, and smart home technology, trusted by millions of customers internationally.  The company is rapidly expanding its presence in the ISP sector, and is seeking a skilled and strategic ISP Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with leading Internet Service providers.

The ISP Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with ISP partners, ensuring alignment between the company’s offerings and the connectivity solutions offered by our ISP clients.  You will play a key role in growing revenue, increasing brand presence, and ensuring product compatibility and service excellence across ISP channels.

Required qualification and working knowledge:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in account management or business development within the telecommunications or networking industry.
• In-depth understanding of the ISP landscape in South Africa and the sales cycles within this segment.
• Strong technical understanding of networking products and how they integrate with ISP infrastructure.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Telecommunications, IT or a related field.
• Valid South African driver’s license and own transport.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Account Relationship Management

• Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with leading ISPs, fostering mutually beneficial relationships and contributing to business growth.
• Serve as the main point of contact for ISP partners on all commercial and technical matters.
• Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong engagement with key decision-makers.

• Develop and execute joint business plans with ISPs to drive revenue growth and product adoption.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within ISP portfolios.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets specific to ISP accounts.

• Collaborate with the company’s technical and product teams to ensure product compatibility with ISP infrastructure.
• Support the testing, certification, and integration of the company’s devices on ISP networks.
• Deliver product training to ISP sales and technical teams when required.

• Monitor account performance, generate regular forecasts and reports.
• Analyze market data and trends to inform future strategies and product positioning.
