SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Administer and support Google Workspace , including user management, security policies, MFA, and email services. Manage Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments. Configure and maintain FortiGate firewalls , VPNs, network security policies, and cloud-based security services. Administer Mimecast email security, compliance, and threat protection solutions. Manage and maintain VMware virtual infrastructure and virtual machines. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Linux servers (Ubuntu and Debian). Support UniFi wireless networks , including access points, VLANs, guest networks, and performance optimization. Maintain and support access control and CCTV systems . Perform system monitoring, patching, backups, disaster recovery testing, and preventative maintenance. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and resolve complex infrastructure incidents. Assist with IT projects, migrations, upgrades, onboarding, and offboarding activities. Maintain accurate technical documentation and implement security best practices. Minimum Requirements Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in IT Administration, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure Support. Proven experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
