JOB SUMMARY:
Corporate company in Brooklyn needs a Snr IT Administrator to over see and maintain the networking infrastructure.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Planning and implementing additions, deletions and major modifications to support infrastructure
Implementing network security
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the networking infrastructure
Oversee the administration of the company's network
Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving and disaster recovery
Provide expert support where appropriate
Working with project teams to implement internal systems
Dealing quickly and effectively with escalated help desk issues and requests
Dealing with users at all levels and resolve IT-related issues and providing solutions to all client problems as quickly and efficiently as possible
Ensure SLA on all helpdesk tasks
Consistently ensuring all IT assets within area of responsibility are effectively maintenance
Building access control

Requirements:

5+ Years of IT experience required (non-negotiable)
Certification required: A+, N+ and MCSE
Previous experience working in a law firm will be an added advantage
Outstanding communication skills
