POSITION INFO:
Join Our Team as an IT Asset Coordinator! Summary We are currently seeking an IT Asset Coordinator to join our team in JHB - Northern Suburbs. This is a Contractor role suitable for individuals with 2 - 4 years of experience in IT Asset Management. Responsibilities IT Asset Management and Compliance: - Monitor and resolve asset exceptions - Ensure accurate asset allocation to business units and cost centres - Manage IT asset leases and coordinate lifecycle activities Inventory and Audit: - Perform regular reconciliations between ITAM systems and actual assets - Support internal and external audits - Maintain accurate asset records Operational Support: - Manage asset-related tickets - Support onboarding\/offboarding processes - Coordinate repairs, warranties, and procurement - Escalate non-compliant or inactive devices Reporting and Insights: - Produce regular dashboards and reports on asset compliance - Analyse asset data for trends and improvement opportunities Requirements Sectors: Information Technology, IT Asset Management Functions: Support - Software, Asset Management, IT Assistant, Information Centre Administration, Support - Systems, Database Administrator Qualification Types: Diplomas, Undergraduate Degrees Qualifications: Diploma: Information Technology, National Diploma: Information Technology, Post Graduate Diploma: IT If you have a passion for IT Asset Management and Compliance, operational support, and reporting, we would love to hear from you!
