IT Support - End-user Support Engineer

POSITION INFO:
IT SUPPORT ENGINEER \/ END USER SUPPORT ENGINEER Our client is seeking an experienced, technically skilled, and solutions-driven IT Support Engineer to maintain and support IT infrastructure across multiple dealership sites while providing exceptional technical support to end users! Essential Qualifications: A+ and N+ Certifications (essential) Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience\/training 3-5 years IT support experience Own transport & valid driver''s license Essential Experience: 3-5 years hands-on IT support experience IT security solutions Hardware support (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers) Wired and wireless networking Windows 10\/11, Windows Server and Microsoft Office Asset management and call\/ticket management Third-party software troubleshooting Key Responsibilities: Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-line IT support and manage the ticket system Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure and cabling Set up and maintain CCTV systems Support and maintain computers, laptops, tablets, iPads, printers and scanners Install and maintain telephony systems Manage Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and third-party software Infrastructure & Administration: Set up and manage email accounts Manage IT assets and equipment lifecycle Maintain IT documentation and complete administrative tasks Ensure compliance with company IT, health & safety and quality standards Travel between dealership sites and be available for after-hours support when required
