POSITION INFO:
This role will focus on creating and detailing control frameworks for internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), IT and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT auditing, control frameworks, and compliance, with a keen ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable documentation. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Design and develop comprehensive control frameworks for ICFR, operational processes, and IT systems. Ensure frameworks align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify control needs and gaps. Create detailed documentation for control frameworks, including control objectives, activities, risk assessments, and testing procedures. Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes in processes, regulations, or technology. Prepare and present reports on control framework design and effectiveness to stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance control environments. Identify opportunities for improving control frameworks and processes. Develop and deliver training to relevant stakeholders on control frameworks and best practices. Requirements: BCom in Internal Auditing\/Information systems\/Accounting CISA and CIA certification (essential) Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in IT Auditing Experience in IT internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) Excellent communication and report writing skills Apply now: If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
